Passion, Mystery, and then...

I am reminded the importance of the light Jesus has brought into our lives, as saved ones that He calls His own. This verse really spoke to me, because He states to have nothing to do with the darkness. There have been various things that have happened to me in my 23 years of living that I throw off- to get out of the darkness. As I move through life now- presently- I live each day as it is. I want that light that no one on earth can offer. The peace that passes understanding. And for Him to say, "well done, my good and faithful servant."

Ephesians 5:8-16
For you were once darkness but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of the light (for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness, and truth) and find out what pleases the Lord. Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them. For it is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret. But everything exposed by the light becomes visible, for it is light that makes everything visible. This is why it is said: Wake up, O sleeper, Rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.

wake up and let the light shine on you and your world today.
